The APPI have modified Traditional Pilates exercises into a system of exercises based on retraining correct activation of the core stabilising lumbo-pelvic muscles. |

About Hosting
The Benefits  CPD courses are crucial for the ongoing learning and development of clinicians. APPI courses count toward the CSP`s compulsory CPD portfolio. Furthermore, when hosting, you receive two free places for your staff to attend the course. With a full class of 25 participants, you can potentially make a profit of £1,000.
Requirements
There are a few requirements for hosting our courses such as two plinths, laptop, CD player, chairs and exercise mats. Then we take care of the rest!
Support
The APPI will help you in any way possible. We arrange the presenters and their travel and accommodation, assist with advertising, provide course materials and products, provide sample communication material and organise the delivery and collection of everything for the course. We will keep in regular contact with you to answer any questions and ensure the course runs smoothly.
