This will be the first conference in the UK to feature all major teaching schools! We are uniting the Pilates community through practical workshops with world respected Pilates educators, and lectures from leading surgeons, allied health professionals and fitness instructors.UK

Day 1: Shoulder Stability. Day 2: Elite Athletes
Each day will feature medical, physiotherapy and fitness perspectives, with a large range of practical sessions specifically looking at the varying schools of Pilates.
