A exciting opportunity exists for a numnber of positions with London most saught after physitherapy and Pilates Centre. Over 10 positions are now available for full time and part time opportunities in both Hampstead, Wimbledon and Maida Vale. Due to rapid expansion in 2008 Pilates Art is offering senior positions, and NEW GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS. Senior positions will require at least 5 years experience, be trained in Pilates (preferably including equipment, but training can be provided for an exceptional applicant) and be available to start as soon as posible. The position involves a dual physiotherapy and Pilates caseload, spinal rehabilitation, elite athletic management, ultrasound imaging and an opportunity to further develop your specialist interest area. You will also have the chance to be affliated with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute. Excellent remuneration and in house training provided. NEW APPI CONTINUING PROFESSINAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD) PROGRAMME
As you are aware APPI continuously strives to maintain the highest possible standard of Pilates teacher training. For this reason we are asking all APPI Certified Instructors to show evidence of 8 hours of Pilates related CPD each year. For currently certified instructors this will come into place as of July the 1st this year (2007). Therefore by the 30th June 2008 you will need to send in a copy of CPD certificate(s) for courses/workshops you have undertaken in the past twelve months. The APPI will send you a notification to remind you of this requirement at this time. While the APPI would prefer that this CPD is taken through the APPI, for your convenience we will accept evidence (i.e. a certificate of attendance) from any Pilates related CDP from another Pilates Institute
